Redmont Farm LLC is owned and operated by
Jessica Welch. Located in the beautiful Shenandoah
Valley of Virginia, we are in our 15th year of operation.
Redmont Farm focuses on teaching riders to become better
horsepeople and develop the skills to enjoy a fun and safe
ride. Lessons are taught in the hunt seat style and
will include jumping for those that are eager and ready to
learn. Riders as young as 6 can begin their riding career
here.
The lesson program is geared
toward teaching students the correct hunter seat position
and aides to achieve the best out of their horse.
Lessons are available on your own horse or one of the horses
or ponies owned by Redmont Farm.
Our training program focuses on giving horses a solid foundation and allowing them to achieve their potential. Redmont Farm also offers a select group of horses and ponies for sale that have been in the training program.
Summer
Camp
2024
We also offer an exciting summer
camp for ages 6 and older. We are on our 16th year of
camp here at the farm! Camp includes daily lessons along
with caring for your own horse or pony for the week.
In addition we play lots of fun horse games, make crafts,
and even picnic in the field with the horses.
Lessons are always available and offered year round.
